Finance Actors and Process.
This year program will raise issues related of the financial
decision process. The debate will focus on current reforms and their stakes
for public institutions (both national, local and international). The
first session is dedicated to the state budgetary process with regards
to national and european constraints and the implementation of the new
French Organic Law on the Budget.
