Mastering public finance represents a major stake in today’s society and an essential challenge for times to come. All countries and all institutions are now concerned by this imperative, which drives them to bring about deep changes in their financial institutions. The Université de Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and Paris-Sud join forces to direct and guide and direct DEA research in public finance.
